We strive to help people in our community who need food and household supplies.
We serve residents of Carol Stream, Glendale Heights, Glen Ellyn, Warrenville, Wheaton, and Winfield Illinois.
Founded in 1981 by Sister Rosemarie Burian at St Mark Catholic Church in Wheaton, the Interfaith Food Pantry provides food and some household items to residents of Carol Stream, Glen Ellyn, Glendale Heights, Warrenville, Wheaton, and Winfield in Illinois.
Our Pantry is staffed entirely by volunteers, there are no paid employees.
We are funded by donations from individuals, churches, and businesses, and also receive food drive donations. The Pantry is organized as a not-for-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
We strive to provide a three- to five-day supply of food to our guests. We have refrigerators and freezers which enable us to provide milk, eggs, produce and frozen meats. We also provide non-perishable foods of great variety, along with household items like paper products, detergent and diapers.
Your donation can help us provide vital assistance to those in need. Please consider giving today and help us make a positive impact on our community.

We serve residents of Carol Stream, Glen Ellyn, Glendale Heights, Warrenville, Wheaton, and Winfield. The first time you visit just bring proof that you live in one of these towns (like a utility bill) and a photo ID. We'll give you a card that you can use for future visits. You can receive food from our Pantry once each calendar month.
We're at 345 S President Street in Carol Stream, on the lower level of the Outreach Community Center - please use the side entrance, on the south side of the building. We're open Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 pm, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm to 3 pm. We're closed most holidays.
Our supplies depend on what is available to us to purchase or what we've received in donations. Typically, we try to provide: milk; eggs; meat; frozen vegetables or fruits; canned vegetables, fruits, soups, tomatoes and tomato sauce; cereal; snacks; canned tuna; peanut butter and jelly; macaroni & cheese and pasta; household products like detergent and soap. Again, availability varies.
If you or your organization would like to run a food drive or donate food, please send us a note at interfaithfoodpantrycs@gmail.com or call us at 630-665-6426. We'll be glad to discuss our current needs and help coordinate the food drive.
If it's your first time visiting us please bring proof of residence and a photo ID.
